The Le Truc Bus is a revolutionary restaurant concept whose recent opening is grabbing an endless amount of attention from the blogosphere. So far, this bustaurant serves up gourmet sandwiches made from local ingredients; however, the Le Truc Bus is working on a liquor license.

Transforming a watermelon into a cloud raining seeds and a tomato into a grenade, this simplistic approach truly says that less is more.
